Registration & Payment

• Once you book the trip, we assume you already understand our policy.
• Registration is done by paying a down payment minimal 50% of the total cost.
• The rest of payment of tour package fees can be made no later thank 14 days before the trip.
• Down payment cannot be returned (non refundable), (no Cancelation).
• Did not receive payment on the spot.
• Registration that is done less than 14 days before the date received, must be paid in full.
• Registration without down payment can be canceled without prior notice for participants.

Cancelation

• If the cancellation occurs due to force of force/an event that cannot be resolved due to natural disasters, riots, terrorism, pandemics and so on. Therefore, refunds will follow the policies of the airline, hotel, transportation and all parties related to the tour.
• If the participant cancels before the departure date for any reason, a cancellation fee will be charged with the following conditions:
  • After registering: deposit (100% non-refundable if you cancel the tour departure)
  • 30 – 15 days before departure date: 75% of deposit
  • Less than 15 days before departure date: 100% of deposit
• Cancellation fees also apply to participants who change their departure date or change their tour package.
• Cancellation of a trip before D-14 if you have made full payment, you can reschedule the departure schedule a maximum of 1x (with confirmation D-10 before the initial departure schedule, if it is canceled again it will be considered a cancellation).
• Cancellation includes proof of information, if (illness; health certificate; flight cancellation; etc.) with the provision that payment must be paid in full 100% after making changes to the itinerary.

BOAT is not responsible and cannot be used for:

• Postponement or cancellation of visit schedules and all events that occur beyond BOAT control (Weather / Sailing Permit / Operational factors).
• Loss costs for delays caused by participants when arriving at the meeting point
• Loss of personal items (luggage, camera, bag, jewelry, etc.).
• If tourist equipment is lost by participants, the cost of replacing tourist equipment will be the responsibility of the participant.
• Accidents, damage, loss and delays in baggage from airplanes, hotels and other means of transportation.
• Negligence of participants who experience injury or death.
• Leave participants if they are sick or have an accident before going on tour on the day of the tour.
• If there are services in the tour package that are not used by the participant for any reason, then in the package there is no refund fee for the tour package.
• Changes or reductions in tour visits that occur beyond our control due to force majeure, which cannot be forced due to natural conditions, natural disasters, riots, terrorism, pandemics and others. Changes will be made for the smooth running of the trip and the safety of participants.
• In this package there are no additional tour package costs outside of the facilities provided.
• The package price includes travel insurance to cover death, accident or medical injury during the sailing trip.
• This insurance does NOT cover electronics or other items belonging to each participant.
